1. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  2. Cancellation Policy – A to Z Cleaning Company, LLC

    Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty.

    Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 25% of the service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, or is turned away.

    If A to Z Cleaning Company, LLC cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

  3. Invoices are due on receipt. Any Invoices that are unpaid after 72hours will be subject to a 15% late fee. If Invoices are left unpaid the day before your next appointment you will be taken off the schedule until the invoice is closed.

  4. For recurring appointments - if you miss 2 scheduled appointments for any reason a deep clean will be required before a new recurring appointment can be booked.

  5. NON-SOLICITATION OF CLEANERS:

    When a client enters into an agreement for services with A to Z Cleaning Company, the client understands that they will pay a $2,500 training fee to A to Z Cleaning Company, LLC if they engage in a working relationship directly with any Cleaner of A to Z Cleaning Company, LLC during the course of service other than A to Z Cleaning Company, LLC.
